  • Thinking about the country which combines the most suppliers for global value sourcing, largest and fastest growing sales market, and most new and aggressive competitors locally or becoming global players in their own right, China is the name that always comes up with our clients
  • At the same time, China is difficult to understand: The language, culture, laws and rules, their enforcement, role of government all add up to the transparency through sheer size and explosive growth.
  • Most clients are active in China, many have hundreds, thousands or even tens of thousands of own employees. Yet the information is not flowing freely in both directions. Reservations or even mistrust are common. More often than not, clients desire to conduct projects about China without involving their local staff from the start.
  • Obviously, the distance is the same in both directions, and Chinese clients are faced with a huge complexity in the West.
  • In the small group which is Débrouillage’s global staff, we are all one single team, working together on daily basis since 2008. Our excellent retention record is proof that we have all become friends over the years.
